Welcome to RyuLand.
By entering our premises, you agree to the following house rules. These guidelines ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment for all visitors.

🎴 General Conduct

• Treat other customers, staff, and property with respect at all times.
• Follow all instructions given by RyuLand staff.
• Disruptive, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
• We reserve the right to deny entry or remove individuals without refund if rules are violated.

🛍️ Products & Property

• All merchandise must be paid for before use or opening.
• Damaging products or store property may result in charges.
• Personal belongings are brought at your own risk. RyuLand is not liable for lost or stolen items.

🍴 Food & Drinks

Allowed:

• Small to medium snacks such as sandwiches, fruits, or similar items may be brought and consumed in the play area.
• Water in a refillable bottle is permitted. You are welcome to refill it at the bar free of charge.

Not Allowed:

• Large meals such as pizza, kebab, or fast food may not be consumed on the premises.
• Outside beverages (including soft drinks, energy drinks, etc.) are not permitted.

Drinks are available for purchase at the bar.

🎮 Events & Play Area

• Follow the specific rules and formats of each event.
• Players must behave fairly and respectfully during games.
• Staff decisions during events are final.
• Unsportsmanlike conduct may result in disqualification.

🚫 Prohibited Behavior

The following is strictly prohibited:

• Harassment, discrimination, or offensive language
• Theft or vandalism
• Cheating or manipulation in events
• Excessive noise or disruption
• Any illegal activity

🔊 Media & Photography

• Photos and videos may be taken during events for promotional purposes.
• If you do not wish to appear in media, please inform staff.

🚬 Smoking

Smoking is only permitted outside the premises and exclusively in designated areas equipped with ashtrays.

Please dispose of cigarette butts properly in the provided ashtrays. Littering or smoking near entrances is not allowed.

Smoking inside the premises is strictly prohibited.
